Directions to Clarendon Villas

The Clarendon Villas building is the administration office for CCK (& Newfrontiers). All correspondence should be sent to 21-23 Clarendon Villas, Hove, East Sussex BN3 3RE. Back to Contact Us. However most meetings and events are held at the Clarendon Centre.

Directions to Clarendon VillasThe front entrance of the building in Clarendon Villas is open between 9am and 5pm Tuesday-Friday, while the side door entrance in Goldstone Street has a bell and a letter box for visits and deliveries at other times. Back to Contact Us.

Clarendon Villas externalBy Bus

Local buses don't run right past the building but a wide range of routes serve the stops in Goldstone Villas/Blatchington Road which are only a couple of minutes’ walk away. The most frequent services are 2, 2a, 5, 5a, 5b, 7, 25, 37a, 46, 46a. By Train

Clarendon Villas is five minutes' walk from Hove Station. Direct trains from London Victoria (Southern) take just over an hour (otherwise you can change at Brighton). There are also regular trains along the south coast from Southampton/Portsmouth, Chichester & Worthing (Southern). For live train information from Hove Station click here

Leave the ticket hall and proceed south on Goldstone Villas. Fifth on the right is Clarendon Villas, and our building is on the right (north side), at the junction with Goldstone Street.

By Car

There is no dedicated parking at Clarendon Villas (however visitors to Newfrontiers may be able to use the very small car park at the side by prior arrangement). On-street voucher parking is available in Clarendon Villas itself and the surrounding roads, with vouchers purchased from kerbside machines. (NB please ensure you only park in voucher parking areas, not in bays set aside for residents only.)

Directions from the North (London)

M23/A23 to Brighton. Dual carriageway ends under flyover on outskirts of Brighton. Take slip road (signed Worthing) and follow A27. Exit by A2038 slip road (signed Hove); enter roundabout, taking third exit (A2038). At the bottom of the hill, bear left into Neville Road (signed Hove Town Centre and Seafront). Bear right at the first set of lights, past supermarket & Greyhound Stadium. Cross the Old Shoreham Road into  Sackville Road at the lights, and turn left at the next set of lights into Clarendon Villas.

From the East (Lewes, Eastbourne)

Follow the A27 (Brighton bypass) to Exit by A2038 slip road (signed Hove); enter roundabout, taking third exit (A2038). At the bottom of the hill, bear left into Neville Road (signed Hove Town Centre and Seafront). Bear right at the first set of lights, past supermarket & Greyhound Stadium. Cross the Old Shoreham Road into  Sackville Road at the lights, and turn left at the next set of lights into Clarendon Villas.

From the West (Worthing)

A27 dual carriageway over River Adur. At roundabout by Holmbush Estate (supermarket and Homebase) take slip road (signpost Holmbush) and continue along A27/A270 Old Shoreham Road towards Brighton. After about 3 miles (just after another Homebase) take right turn at traffic lights (right turn goes first) into Sackville Road. Turn left at next set of lights into Clarendon Villas.
